By using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use SheerAgent.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

3. Accounts and Access

The content generated by SheerAgent’s AI is machine-produced and may not always be accurate or appropriate. Users must review and take responsibility for any output used in practice.

5. Pricing and Payments

Paid features or subscriptions will be subject to clearly defined pricing. SheerAgent reserves the right to update pricing with notice.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or for any misuse of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SheerAgent is not liable for:

Damages arising from errors or omissions in AI-generated content.

Indirect or incidental damages from service usage.

8. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes. Continued use implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Madrid.
